The traffic standard for Yellow Light timing is 4 – 6 seconds nation wide. The fact that Dean had it geared for approximately 2.5 seconds leads one to speculate as to how much money gas been stolen from the people of St Albert this way.. This is outright fraud and outrageous. Not only should there be a crinal investigation, those convicted of red light violations during Dean’s tenure should be exonerated and their money should be returned immediately. This kind of corruption should not be tolerated.
Everyone knows Dean is just the fall guy for this little traffic light scam going on in St Albert. This is a retirement community and you are abusing seniors with you reckless authority. Shame on you.

When I called the City the lady at reception said she gets calls all the time from people complaining about the lights in St. Albert! How much money are you making with your little scam Dean! Get a clue.
