They are trying to say he’s not related to Justine Trudeau’s family.
But I can find anything on his birth or parents Seems weird. Then I found this.
His parents are Ubald Rouleau & Francis Clarke. They had 4 children, Paul, Monique, Pierre and Julie. So if the info I found is correct saying Paul S. Rouleau was born in 1930 making him 93 yrs.
